In addition, John has many contacts in the real estate industry, and is well known for his tireless work in that sector.

Frank Citizen
Client Services Manager
Frank Citizen has been with Smith and Co. since 2003. He holds a Bachelor of Business and is currently studying to become a chartered accountant.
Frank’s role is to manage Smith and Co.’s work flow. When you call with an enquiry you are likely to speak to Frank. If Frank can’t help you personally, he makes it his top priority to ensure you are connected with someone who can.
Frank is happy to answer your financial enquiries and is qualified to answer any questions you have relating to bookkeeping, accounting, or taxation.
Sally Person
Manager - Administration
All our clients get to know Sally Person very well. As Manager of Administration it is her job to make sure the office runs smoothly.
If Frank isn’t available to answer your queries, Sally will be more than happy to help. She also manages and maintains the new client portal. If you have any questions or problems with the client portal, Sally is your point of contact.
